We enjoyed that the property was near the Highmark Stadium and local restaurants. I was a bit disappointed in our welcome upon arrival. Also, the property should consider having extra blankets for their guests. The little convenience “store” had barely any snacks or items to buy. All in all, it was a good hotel for us to stay at as we attended the Buffalo Bills game and the hotel was near the stadium.

We have stayed here many times. The room we stayed in this time seemed tired and the furniture needed cleaning or replacing. The trim around the door in the bathroom was very bad and needed painting. The staff is always very nice.

My wife and I spent our 15th year at this hotel for Christmas. We always enjoyed the cleanliness and the staff. Breakfast is not as good as in pre-pandemic years, but still OK. We love this hotel.

Nice staff. Decent room. Decent breakfast. Got stuck in a room with adjoining room door. You can hear everything through it. So it was a fairly noisy stay.
