"Couldn’t have asked for a better experience when visiting Vietnam for my first time. The staff here, in particular, Jennie, jimmi, huong have all been very welcoming and really show their first class hospitality skills to the hotel guests. Having worked at a hotel in a big city myself, this hotel and their staff really has it down packed from their housekeeping staff to the front of house. First class all around. They have all been very welcoming and really adds to the experience. The room is very spacious. The bed is very big and we could not hear one sound from the busy streets of Hanoi. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and anyone considering visiting Hanoi. This should be the first option on your list!"

"The hotel and staff are fantastic. The location is right next to the lake and you have easy access to everything around old town. They also provide plenty of free bottled water and a fantastic breakfast every day. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. However, I have to give a special thanks to Alex the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure that our trip went smoothly, not just at the hotel but even after we left. Tours in Hanoi, booking transportation to Halong Bay and Nihn Bình, and even having a pocket wifi and SIM card ready for us when we arrived, Alex took care of everything perfectly. He even kept in contact long after we had checked out of Hanoi just to make sure everything was going smoothly. A stay at Lotus Boutique will to ensure that you get the most of of your trip if you take advantage of their services. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again when I'm in Hanoi."

"We are very happy with our selection of the Peridot hotel. Hanoi is a bustling chaotic city and it was always nice to escape the pollution and noise when entering the hotel. The concierge service was great, the breakfast was amazing and the room was comfortable. I also recommend the rooftop pool and bar. If it wasn't so smoggy during our stay, we would have spent more time up there!"
