"Overall a great stay..only hiccup was at checkin...had asked ahead for connecting rooms for our family and unfortunately they were unable to provide...front desk communication is also strange...asked to speak with a manager and was told they were too busy....communication is through teams so there was a lot of waiting to get answers...checkin took over an hour...once through the checkin debacle everything else was great...sportsbook a little weak and not many options...A couple of tips...sign up for genting rewards and gamble a little and your parking will be free for your stay...just use your rewards card to exit the garage...also the Randys donuts and adjacent restaurant are open 24 hrs...also the pizza in the front shopping area was awesome...a little pricey but great pizza."

"It was so convenient to walk to Walgreens and other restaurants in the area. The Palms is a few blocks away and it was safe to walk even at night."

"What we didn't like. We could hear the sound of a ticking or shaking pipes whenever we turn on the shower or other rooms. It woke us up at night. Thank GOD it wasn't a continuous sound"
