"The hotel was in a good location, 2 blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake (lake in the heart of old town). The rooms were ok, a little dated, and breakfast buffet was average. Staff was great, and very helpful."

After long walks and traffic noise, returning to the hotel's calm atmosphere, scented spa corridor and gentle staff was such a comfort. The welcome drink, cold towels, and soft lighting set the tone. I slept so well here, and that's not something I say often while traveling"

"Undoubtedly some of the best customer service I have experienced in 30 years of travelling. Staff extremely welcoming and attentive to every detail. Hotel itself ideally located close to the old quarter, making it easy to access many of Hanoi’s attractions. Would thoroughly recommend."

"I read amazing reviews about this hotel before I came and honestly it was all true. We made a quick pit stop in Hanoi for our honeymoon and the staff was extremely accommodating and kind. You’re right in the old quarter so walking distance from lots of attractions. Overall, you can’t go wrong staying here. "

"Right in the old quarter of Hanoi, this beautiful and charming hotel is a true gem. Location is perfect for walking around and immersing yourself into Hanoi culture, food , and handmade goods . The staff ...I honestly cannot express our gratitude nor how ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE AND AMAZING they are in words alone . From the BEAUTIFUL girls at front desk to the doorman , unbelievable . A very special thank you to Tamila , she took us in and made everything better than perfect !! Even went so far as to pack us a breakfast /lunch as we left for our flight left before breakfast was served . With staff as truly OUTSTANDING as they are, this place will be the ONLY Hotel I will stay in when in Hanoi . Truly remarkable Thank you so much to you all ❤️🌹"

"Excellent hotel. Other higher rated hotels in Hanoi manipulate their reviews. Having stayed in the so called top rated in the Old Quarter (Oriental Jade and May de Ville) before this I can assure you they are not a patch on this one. "

"Peridot Grand Hotel is a beautifully designed hotel that's located in the centre of Old Quarter Hanoi. My partner and I stayed for 6 nights and 7 days and from the moment we of check-in to the time of check-out we felt the warmth, helpfulness, and the hospitality of the staff. We also were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed which gave us great rest. The guest services were also very helpful in providing us with a list of recommendations for restaurants, activities, and attractions ahead of arrival and scheduling us with transportation to our next location. If you are seeking quality service, comfortability, and convenience while visiting Hanoi, we highly recommend! "
