"We had a quick stay here for reception just walking distance. 2 beds 1 bathroom with pull out couch. Pros - Restaurants and shops near by. CONS - Beds needs updating! Spring bed and we would already be sunk in. Bathroom small. For some reason my door code expired after the first night and had to get a new one. Receptionist was quick and nice to issue a new one."

"Excellent customer service - Tamara was fantastic - they immediately understood our needs and took steps to go above and beyond. We had a horrible day of flight delays then cancellations (resulting in why we had to find a hotel) and the hotel and customer service there (so far) made the tough day easier. "

"Beautiful property & staff are all lovely and kind. Very attentive. Morning breakfast included with an array of local fruits. Loved our stay immensely. Buildings/rooms are a bit older, but well kept. Beautiful animals roam freely. ‘’Miss my home - Kaua’i’’"

"The staff was very kind right off the bat. They were kind enough to move us the different side of the hotel due to luau that was taking place for no extra charge. The rooms were very clean and always gave us fresh towels. The rooms were pretty sound proof. The check out was super easy no hidden fees. Highly recommend. Would love to stay here again. "
