"Right next to the grand Hyatt and its beaches. A short walk to Poipu beach. Very nice pool and great service at the pool bar. Garden view was off the pool and 2 bedroom large space with well equipped kitchen. Very clean. A bit dated like most resorts on Kauai I will definitely stay here again. "

"This property is beautiful and so convenient to use as a jumping point around the island. It is also close to Walmart and Costco. The resort is so close to everything including the helicopter tours and airport but has a isolated feel as it is the only resort for miles on the beach"

"Nice place for sure , staff was on point . Food trucks were a disappointment for sure . All kinds of goofy going on there . If you’re going to be in business try being open once and awhile . Coffee and breakfast offerings starting at 830 am ? A little late . As you can see the only thing bad was the trucks . Also heard the same from multiple guests . "

"Beautiful, friendly, not overwhelming just right. Rooms are clean and modern with coffee makers and free water. Lava was excellent with great live music food was very enjoyable and delicious and very friendly accommodating staff. I would definitely stay here again."

"Came here 5.5 years after our honeymoon. Only stayed one night as we were island hopping. Made me appreciate this place even more. Yes it is pricey but the staff would do pretty much anything for you. All expectations were met and exceeded. Kudos again to this Hyatt property "
