"Staff and service: TOP NOTCH, especially the valet parking and front desk staff. Both so pleasant and made us feel welcomed. Thank you! As for the property, I feel like carpets need cleaning or maybe deodorized or something. Air freshener in the hallways would be nice too. Room 1507’s bathroom smells weird but overall, I would stay here again because of the location, price and of course the staff. "

"This quaint property was in a perfect location for our visit to the French Quarter. It is within an easy walk to the Natchez paddlewheel (just across the street), the French Market and Cafe du Monde, Bourbon Street, the trolley stations, and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly. The inn felt like a boutique hotel with several buildings, each with just a few guest rooms. The room was spacious, quiet, and nicely appointed. We would definitely stay there again on a future trip to NOLA!"

"We happened to be there the week of the historic New Orleans snowfall and were very happy with how the hotel managed the challenges. We ended up staying longer than expected and were able to keep our same room, a spacious updated 2 Queen. The hotel had its staff stay over ahead and during the storm to ensure no change was in experience for the guests. They kept entry areas free of snow and ice. "Beautiful hotel and room. Good location. It was chilly and rainy during our stay. It was difficult to keep our room warm. Housekeeping did not enter our room when the privacy sign was NOT displayed resulting in no service during our stay. Granted, my husband was not feeling well and spent a lot of time in the room. But, I do not think it unreasonable to hope that they come in while we are not in the room and the door tag is not out."
