"Excellent oceanfront room; we loved the pool, the beach, and some of the à la carte restaurants. The service from everyone was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We believe the nighttime entertainment activities could be improved a bit. Additionally, it would be helpful to train the train drivers to inform passengers about the route and ensure they remain focused during the ride. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return!"

"The hotel was beautiful, the staff was extremely friendly/pleasant as well as the service. However, there should be better set up for breakfast/dinner at the grill. It’s not enough for the mass of people Period translation shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes or more for cooked food. "
