"The staff is great, but a lot of the property was being remodeled, so the restaurant & pool choices were limited. We had upgraded to Privileged access, however, due to the remodeling in progress, it wasn't really worth it. "

"I stayed at this property the last week of October and it was overly crowded. The food options were delicious. It was NOT buffet style. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The beaches are rocky and have seaweed but still very beautiful. It was very hot and humid during the day. I would stay here again!"

"The best part of this resort is by far, the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, especially the concierge attendant. I recommend upgrading to the "Level" experience for this benefit. "Loved all the food and drink options. Pools were fantastic. Staff was always lovely and helpful. We did a spa / massage day that was incredibly enjoyable! Highly recommend. Check out the water sports and activities. Not a ton of nightlife, but we made the most of it! "

There are a ton of food options, the staff are friendly and attentive and is a great value for the money.
