"We had an amazing stay at Sanctuary Cap Cana, a Luxury Collection Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of—truly exceptional service throughout our visit. The food was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options and beautifully presented dishes at every restaurant. The property itself is stunning, elegant, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The only downside was the beach during our stay—it wasn’t usable due to a large amount of seaweed and muddy water. However, the gorgeous pools and overall experience more than made up for it. We would definitely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-notch hospitality."

"We went on our first trip with our 5 month old daughter and this resort was the perfect vacation. The service was excellent, from the moment you checked in you are assigned a personal concierge. We had Alvaro and he was great. He would check in with us everyday via text to see if we needed anything. I asked for a way to heat water to sanitize baby bottles and next thing I know they sent us a baby bottle sterilizer. They really went above and beyond. My mom is vegan and she had dinner options at every restaurant. The spa services are 100% worth the cost. It was a relaxing experience. We will definitely be returning with our families."

"One of the only things I didnt like was there was no direct access to a beach without relying on transport. I would have liked to take a walk to the beach and walk back to resort. Other than that, the staff was incredible. Very helpful and friendly. My room was incredibly with an impeccable view of the marina. Room was constantly cleaned and always smelled amazing. My bartenders were great, so also my servers at The Bullpen. Would definitely visit again. It was my first time in DR, and I know what to expect for next time."
