"Decent stay at Hyatt Ziva. Perfect for young kids with tons of activities. Wish the kids club had hours for families in evening. Wouldve liked healthier kids options during the day. Pringles and oreos and m&ms in room. Beach was soft sand, water warm and clean. My toddler daughter and I got sick, assuming from pool water as we spent lots of time around other kids who surely have accidents in the water. My husband and older daughter did not get sick and we all generally ate the same thing and...

"This is our second visit since we really enjoyed our first time. It’s just as beautiful as we remember. However, the loud, massive American corporate groups have completely changed our experience, making us not want to return. I wish people would be more considerate of other visitors who traveled a long way, hoping for a peaceful and quiet getaway. I even felt sorry for the workers. Unfortunately, this will be our last time here."

"First I was disappointed having booked an adult only facility only to find out there were children present, however I was completely turned around by the excellence in service provided by the entire staff, some of which are worth mentioning, Jose-Miguel, Sandro, Coca-Cola in entertainment, Emmanuel at the front desk, Hinet, Franklin and Francisco in the restaurant, so for this reason I would recommend and return."
