"I enjoyed that it was in the suburban area. The staff is very nice and fun felt like family. The food was ok the first day, but the food was never hot, very small selection. The massage was OUT OF THIS WORLD!! The front desk, I met a young lady that looked like my niece and one from Maryland...GREAT PEOPLE. I would suggest traveling in late March because it was felt like spring."

"Staff was helpful and friendly. My major issue was with the dining process. The a la carte restaurants, Oriental Fusion, Mediterranean, Latin Fusion, Atlantis can only be booked/reserved once in a 7 day stay. Breakfast, lunch and other dinners are served in El Lago, the buffet restaurant. I walk with a brace on my left leg and use a cane with my right hand, making it difficult to get my food and bring it to the table. No options for a sit down meal."

"You didn’t have to make reservations for the restaurants which was very convenient We tried a different restaurant each night. The rooms are very dated and there is no door to the bathroom which offers little privacy . We switched rooms twice. First room was on the second floor snd I have difficulty climbing stairs .The second room was very ragged. Paint splashed on walls and broken cabinets. The third room was satisfactory. During check in I informed them that i was celebrating my birthday....
