"We had a great stay! The food was excellent for an all inclusive. The staff and property were also great. Something to be aware of is the ocean at this property is really rough so if you are looking to do snorkeling etc probably not the property for you. We did the Club level rooms which I would highly recommend, the pool for club only was much less crowded and you could always find a seat. The Club lounge was also a nice perk and the butler was a nice touch. "

"Waterpark was as advertised (very good). Water in pools was extremely clean. Drinks were very good. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness just beacause housekeeping times were difficult to predict. Staff was hit or miss, amd overall organization was somewhat lacking. However, staff were friendly and helpful. We were a large group with many children and overall the kids had a wonderful time. "

"You didn’t have to make reservations for the restaurants which was very convenient We tried a different restaurant each night. The rooms are very dated and there is no door to the bathroom which offers little privacy . We switched rooms twice. First room was on the second floor snd I have difficulty climbing stairs .The second room was very ragged. Paint splashed on walls and broken cabinets. The third room was satisfactory. During check in I informed them that i was celebrating my birthday....

"Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. There conveniently was beer and wine for sale. Pools were well kept and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem. I hope to return.
