"I was told by staff along the way in one of the hotels that corporate is not paying for business center access. I need access to a computer and printer that was disappointing!!! From Newark to Tennessee all Holiday Inn express! However, safe environment friendly staff, good breakfast and clean hotel. I will most definitely be staying there again."

"This hotel is always our go to when passing through Nashville. We have been stopping there for over 5 hears when heading to Florida. This year when we made the reservation and arrived, we were informed there is now a parking fee. We don't ever remember having to pay that before. It was only $25, but feels like that should have been something that was brought up before we reserved the room. We shouldn't have to pay for parking if we purchased a room for the night.
