"I wish I would have taken a picture of our room when I entered. It was so clean and spacious! I will admit I was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews. Our room was so comfortable. We had a room with a fireplace and a balcony. The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever had for an overnight stay. The pillows and sheets felt high quality. The temperate was well regulated. The bathroom was small but did what it needed to do for the 4 of us. We actually had housekeeping bring us fresh towels every day!! The breakfast was a fairly standard free hotel breakfast. My kids loved making the sausage egg biscuit. The property is within walking distance of downtown and right near a trolly pick up. With the heavy traffic it’s nice to leave the car behind. "

"Beautiful view of the Smokies from every single balcony of the hotel and the soothing sound of the river beneath was lovely and very relaxing... We kept the balcony door open as much as we could. Breakfast is ok but needs more choices becuase with a 5 night stay it becomes boring. Great location, walking distance to many places. Housekeeping does a great job daily. We will return to this hotel soon! "
