"Beautiful view of the Smokies from every single balcony of the hotel and the soothing sound of the river beneath was lovely and very relaxing... We kept the balcony door open as much as we could. Breakfast is ok but needs more choices becuase with a 5 night stay it becomes boring. Great location, walking distance to many places. Housekeeping does a great job daily. We will return to this hotel soon! "

"We were overall very satisfied with our stay. When we got to the room, we unpacked and started to settle in when I discovered a active lady bug infestation by the window. We also noticed a curtain bracket on the floor in debris by the window. I went down to the front desk and asked the gentleman on duty to come up so I could show him what I found. He then proceeded to check on the availability of another room and we were able to switch rooms. The rooms are very spacious and have been updated....
