Condo Rentals in Tennessee

"Was good walking distance to get to downtown as well as easy access to get to the freeway for out of town trips. Property was well lit and parking was under cover, but laundry was at one end of the block and garbage at the other. The door had been kicked in at some point, which didn't make us feel comfortable, people were outside yelling and setting off car alarms at 3am, very limited cookware in property, and smelled of an old smokers home. "A bad made noise headboard hitting against the wall. The Jacuzzi tub jets did not work too good in it. The blinds on the sliding door needs to be replaced. Construction was going on while we stayed there. Replacing gutters had to come through our room to get to the roof interrupted my nap. "

"Overall our stay was good. The condo had the amenities we needed to cook for family meals. Has a great shower in the back bedroom. Mattresses could use updating with a little more padding. Location is easily accessible to the strip and attractions. Carpet in the outside hallway needs a deep cleaning. For some reason, the kitchen sink had ants and tiny bee like insects living in the light housing. Renter is taking care of it immediately when we reported."

"The condo was clean, well stocked, and conveniently located. I wish I could give a perfect review but I think it is unacceptable to not have reliable, secure wifi at any rental home. The wifi is unsecure, open, and shared by all 20 units in the building. It dropped constantly, wouldn't reconnect for hours at a time, and wasn't strong enough to even open email. The owners/management need to do better. "

"We were in the area for a gift show and family vacation. The trek up the mountain the first time was a little scary, but once at the top, the view was well worth it. The unit was perfect for the 5 of us. While it does sleep 8, it would feel a little tight with more than 5. The indoor pool and hot tub are close and we had a nice time there. The kitchen has all you need to make a meal. Our only complaint would be that when we pulled out the sofa bed it didn’t look like the sheets had been changed...

"The fireplace that show on the website did not work,, there were numerous ladybug type insects on the floor upon our arrival and a few other bugs, needed some places to hang wet towels, vanity door in one of the bathrooms needed to be fixed, some of the mold in the shower areas was unappealing, one of the doors to the balcony didn’t close properly "

"We absolutely loved our stay. It was very cozy and quiet. It was also close to many restaurants and attractions. I recommend this condo to everyone."

"This WOULD be a 5 star, but the Sofa is NOT a pull-out. Rather a shelf you assemble w/ cushions. Within a couple of hours, you can feel yourself slipping between the couch and shelf. Otherwise, everything else was really nice."
