Front desk and valet were polite and friendly. Location was very convenient. Prices were too expensive and I didn't get a senior discount option. I would recommend the hotel to others.

This property is walkable to all the honkie tonks on Broadway unless you have any kind of medical condition. It's a little bit hilly which was unexpected. If you're going to park there it's only valet. And even ubering or getting a taxi it's really tight at the entrance. There is parking down the street behind the hotel. It's a little cheaper than using the valet. The staff was very friendly. They had a little dining area which had water and tea and some munchies every evening. They had live music on the weekend in the evenings. Large area for breakfast; the food was just okay. We were there with a group of 15. It was very reasonable & convenient to get together.

The front staff was excellent. Although, This hotel needs some major repairs. Floors very bad. Water pressure terrible. Breakfast was marginal. No place to place luggage and used the iron board for that. Room service never came. Had to asked and got clean towels once. Two nights the water pipes made nots of noise. Ran out of toilet paper. The only redeeming fact was 4 blocks from tourist area.

The staff was so friendly. You dont see this as often as you used to. There were some very noisy adult kids in the halls having a good time but unfortunately it was from 1 am to 3:30 am.
