Wonderful hotel!! From the moment we arrived with the valet, front desk, concierge, staff, and bar area. Highly recommend this hotel. Top notch. Location to Broadway is a short walk. Our first time in Nashville. Will not be our last!! Will stay here every time!!

My husband and I just went to stay for the weekend. The rooms were so spacious and comfortable. We paid extra for the valet parking and it was worth it. The staff was so sweet and willing to help with anything. It was a very easy walk to the nightlife of Nashville.

The one problem that we had was the in order to turn on any light in the room and bath room, the main light switch at the door had to be turned on which meant that if you wanted to use the bathroom in the night you had to turn on the main light switch, turning on all the other lights in the room as well and not just the bathroom lights. This was a very unique to have a hotel room wired.

The guest service desk was welcoming and helpful. The whole facility was decorated beautifully for Christmas and was clean and cozy. Our room was nice and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the 2 bars, the food, and the live music. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk everywhere! Valet was especially helpful despite the daily fee.
