All this place was a place to put our head. I know that we will not return. When we needed staff there were times we could no locate and when we did it was we were interrupting them from there phone time

It is older so do not not expect a lot of flare. It is situated in a great place. You can walk to anywhere or walk across the road and get on the trolley. The conteninental breakfast is just that. It serves everything needed to be a quick breakfast. It is not a big hot breakfast but it serves its purpose.

Our room was super clean. The hallways and elevator, not so much. Upon check-in we mentioned that our toilet seat was broken and got an immediate response that it would be checked into but wasn't. That was fine. Since we knew, we took care when using. The hotel was very convenient for walking to the strip in Gatlinburg. We didn't have any trouble getting in and out of the parking lot. It was a little cramped, but normal for that area. It was a nice hotel for the price.

Is it the nicest and biggest? No. Is it a perfect place to lay your head after a day of walking around Gatlinburg? Yes. Location and price is perfect! Will definitely stay here again.

Definitely not the cleanest/fanciest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. There was a weird smell as soon as you walked through the door to enter the hotel. Our room also smelled kind of funky, and the carpets felt sticky, well worn. With all that being said, staff was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was super close to all the shops making the walk much easier. I think this hotel is just very busy and staff/management can’t keep up with the traffic that comes through.

Accommodations met all of our needs. Plenty of room. Booked a two bed room. Only single bed rooms available so we were given two adjoined rooms. Great area and location. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the main strip in town.
