Brand new hotel in Pigeon Forge. Property is lovely. Staff was friendly. They have a wonderful fire pit to enjoy on cool nights. We ate at the restaurant and the food was very good. We went during December, and did not use the pool but the out door pools looked really nice. Highly recommend this property.

Hotel is new and clean. Front desk staff is very friendly. They also have a full breakfast buffet for the whole family and sitting wasn’t an issue. Very good deal for the money we spent staying there.

The hotel itself had nice decor and was very clean and new-feeling. The staff onsite was friendly and helpful. I searched for pet-friendly properties on Expedia, but I don't think there is an easy way to actually book a pet friendly room on this platform. I had to call the hotel directly to ensure a pet friendly booking. Please be aware that although Compass is pet friendly, they charge $100 non refundable PER dog, so when I brought my two pups thinking it would be more streamlined than lining up a petsitter, it ended up costing me over 3x as much to have them there for a one night stay. I wouldn't protest that too much except for the fact that there is no designated potty area and the only grass on the property is directly in front of the building, and in the mornings everyone in the dining area having breakfast has a widescreen view of your dogs pooping. When I tried to take them more around the edges of the property, I was met with layers and layers of embedded garbage on every property line, which I found pretty offputting. If I had reason to go back to the area, I would probably stay again but never again with the dogs.

The regular parking was too far away in the back. For an elderly couple, this was not the best situation. The room next door with the adjuring rooms was noisy, you could hear everything in the room next door. Next time would request a room without the adjuring door between rooms. The breakfast was great. The indoor is not very deep at all. No indoor hot tub.

Great hotel, very convenient to activities, shopping venues and restaurants. Delicious breakfast buffet but could use variety when staying for multiple nights. I was disappointed that hot water for tea/coffee was not available in the lobby during the day. Game room and amenities were great. Did not use any pool but indoor and outdoor pool areas available. Housekeeping needs a lot of work. Once, left our door unlocked. Other 2 nights did not even visit to take trash out or leave towels until we brought it to the attention of guest services. Overall, an 8 of 10.

I know this sounds weird, but it smells so good — especially when you first walk into the lobby! And the breakfast is so good! We loved every aspect of this hotel & am already looking to book again. It truly was the nicest stay we’ve had in pigeon forge!

This property is new and sooooo clean! The rooms are beautiful and the bathroom is spacious with lots of storage. The shower is beyond amazing!!! Everyone we talked to at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. My only complaint is that you can hear people in the hallway talking while in your room. The walls seem to be unusually thin. However, this is the only negative thing I can say. Overall, this property is great!!!

Upon arrival, we were greatly disgusted that our room was not cleaned. Dust bunnies were scattered throughout the floor, toenails, bacon bits, old dental floss, and backs to earrings found on floor. There was hair everywhere. We had to call someone to come in to clean. Will not be staying here again.
