Great location. Balcony was nice. Pool water was warm and kids loved the slide. The pool room itself could have been warmer. All the staff were super nice. Rooms were large.

Apart from a distinct smell when walking in (not pleasant but you get over it) I actually really liked this place. It was close to everything, staff was nice, and the room was clean (which is most important). I would stay here again.

There were no USB outlets, I found two different strands of hair and the lamp was extremely dusty! Other than that I enjoyed my stay! The jetted tub was amazing!

My room was very dirty as far as the floors and dust . The lamp on the end table was covered in dust. We pulled out the end tables the tv stand and the desk and there were 2 inches of filth on the floor. There were dying ants that kept showing up in the bathroom and the jetted tub. There was a pill under the headboard. I brought it all to the front desks attention and nothing changed. They also said they had no notes about by my issues in their system when I checked out and complained. They said I can do the survey Expedia sends me to voice my complaints. Also the free breakfast in the buffet across the street was understaffed also dirty and ran down and the food was not good. I would rather eat a breakfast at days inn then the food they served. The room was also very dated. Elevator had the same trash in it all day. Pool area not as pictured on website. Was over chlorinated and had no exhaust in the pool area and was all fogged in and I could not breathe in the foggy chlorinated air. The hotel and the restaurant both look like they are two months away from shutting down and the employees do not care about their jobs or the customers on the property. Whomever runs the housekeeping team is very ineffective. Most of the staff doesn't speak English so you cannot talk to them. The continual slamming of doors in the early morning was very annoying as well.

Friendly staff. The gentleman working the night shift on the desk was a gem!!! Arcade area, decent pool and slides. Room was clean. Close to alot of different activities and restaurants.

My first issue is that It advertises FREE Buffet Breakfast. Not true. Only 2 adults from the room get the free breakfast. Children are half price which is 9.00 each and there are no drinks included. You have to pay for every thing except water. There is alot of construction/remodeling going on. The room we were given had not been remodeled. Also my balcony over looked the roof of another building that was connected to the building I was in. Anyone from another room could walk across roof and come right onto my balcony, I Paid 800. for 5 nights to be given worst room ever. I feel if I had not booked through a third party, Expedia, I would have been given a better room. everything needs deep cleaning, corners of everything dirty, found trash under head side of bed, and hair in floor under sink in bathroom, I chose to not have maid service while there because was no in room safe. There was alotof noise all night every night, kids screaming, adults laughing loudly, etc. etc I do not plan to ever stay there again.

View from our second floor balcony is a wall. We were informed that there would be construction, but not that I would find two men directly outside of my second floor windows when we awoke in the morning. Staff was not very friendly and seemed annoyed by questions. Was charged differently for breakfast each morning. Pool was great.
