"Outstanding hotel in every way except not being fully made aware of the service charge being added to my bill until after it had gone through on my card. Bit disappointed as this was not made absolutely clear at time of check in. Can not fault anything else."

"We were moved to a different property, which turned out to be just fine. The location was great, the property had a nice recreation suite with a pool table and TVs as well as a nice pool. It was convenient to mid-town Nashville and very easy to get in and out of for site seeing and all around visit to Nashville."

"The gentleman at the front desk asked if we had been to The Tennessean before. We said no. He said welcome to The Tennessean. That was it. No info on the hotel, the valet, what to do, where the restaurant/bar was. Nothing. Other than that, it was a nice stay."
