"The re sort was ok the hotel was clean service and the workers were very good. The food was good. The only complaint that I have it is that the hotel staff can do better to tell people that the pool was going to be under contraction for the time that we were there we could have choose a different location because the other pool that they had left was very crowded. The check in was very slow. "

"I love most are the staff, from every single department, very courteous and professional. The service are excellent and timely manner. What I hate most is the presentation part in selling their timeshare specifically the “big guy” who supposed to be the last to convince us to buy their timeshare. I clearly indicated to him that there is no way we will get it but he kept pushing it like I don’t understand what he’s saying and he seemed not listening either to what I’m saying. I hate it but I really have to be rude to him, so he will stop persuading me. The other not so good is the fact that we supposed to be expedia VIP access which we found out when we checked in, that there is a personal concierge that comes with it, he personally greeted us and bring us in our room but that’s the first and last time we saw him. I tried to call him few times but I never talked nor returned my call. I think they should not just provide service like that cause it’s useless anyways and it just make you disappointed!"
