"The location in Akumal Bay was wonderful. The beach was beautiful and we saw turtles, rays, coral, and fish galore while snorkeling. The area was safe and convenient for walking. The property was beautiful and well laid out. We ate at several different restaurants with different cuisines. One item to kepe in mind, most of the restaurants are not air conditioned so we tried to sit by the windows or on patios as well as dress lightly. "I enjoyed my stay. It’s a nice getaway. I had few issues, but nothing out of the extraordinary. I specifically dislike the fact that there’s a lot of street dogs around; they walk around you while you’re eating in the restaurant."
