"This place is beautiful, quiet and has my kind of vibe. If you're looking for a larger resort/condo accommodation you won't like Na Balam. It's more laid back here. They have ten rooms with balconies facing a small pool and hot tub, a good sized shower with a mini fridge, yoga three times a day, and beach access across the street at Playa Norte. The restaurant was a bit pricey but fantastic. The staff is lovely and I was really pleased with our stay."

"We like it was all amenities and rooms along the beach. Even garden view was ocean view Some walking involved but even myself with limited mobility was fine as many areas for resting and relaxing everywhere Down side: Found main buffet was understaffed Bathroom just off main bar and buffet area very narrow units . Toilets low and no assists for handicap But lobby bathroom and snack bar/beach bathroom had great handicap units A lovely experience altogether though The evening dancing/music...

"This resort was perfect for our family of 4. The beach was beautiful! We read some reviews about it being outdated but I’m glad we didn’t listen and still chose this resort. Yes something’s could use a revamp but the staff is amazing and do a great job cleaning daily all over the resort. They are all great and so friendly! We have nothing bad to say about this resort! "

"We just returned from 5 nights at the The Beach Tulum and it was an amazing experience that we will definitely be back for! Gorgeous property right on a private beach with daybeds for each room. The most fresh and delicious food, and a wonderful and friendly staff that made the stay so enjoyable! We would recommend this hotel to everyone and we cannot wait to return. "

"Beautiful property, the cenotes and jungle are one of a kind. The pools are great though a bit busy at times and the beach is lovely (pack water shoes!). Only downfall was booking the a la cartes, but the food was good! Would go again! "
