The Narita Tobu was very clean, and except for one hiccup with checking in ( my room wasn’t ready and so my check in was almost an hour later than allowed, BUT the agent gave me an extra hour for check out to make up for the late check in), the service was excellent. "This hotel is a great value. But if you take a train there, book a ticket with the stop before the airport. Where the hotel is. We missed the last shuttle and took a $40 cab ride back to the hotel. Grabbed there shuttle early am . Not too much around but two restaurants and two grocery stores "

"The staff are wonderful. Easy check in and out. Shuttle bus to and from the airport and train/bus station are great. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. Except the king bed. It was hard and I had hard time sleeping comfortably. So I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter and asked for extra blanket and pillows. That fixed the issue. The 2nd night I slept much better. Over all good. "

"The hotel staffs are very nice and helpful but the Family mart staff was not. Hotel is a bit outdated, equal to Motel standard. Airport shuttle driver park his bus outside not in front of the hotel and there was no calling out so we sat there waiting but missed the bus."
