"Great stay! So glad that we stayed here. The hotel already has great restaurant but is also connected to the Raffles City Mall and the City Hall MRT stop, so that made things very convenient. There were some small bugs in our shower but housekeeping took care of them. "

"Great stay at parkroyal. Clean and well maintained property. Very efficient and well organised. The hotel is connected to two malls and quick access to food courts. We took grab taxis around and hotels central location helped. Breakfast spread is decent but your average quality breakfast options. The hotel was quiet busy during the christmas break but the staff handled it exceptionally well. "

"Very good location, with many attractions nearby. Right across from a shopping mall and surrounded by bus and metro stations. Great breakfast with many options. The hotels coffee shop offered very good coffee and sweets. Very nice view from the room. One thing to improve for families with kids would be a kids menu in the restaurant for lunch and dinner and maybe a play room. "

"I have never had a bad experience with Sofitel and not this time either. Large and luxurious rooms (also Superior rooms) with all amenities. Should I mention anything that could be improved it would be breakfast. Good and a lot of choice, but they had trouble keeping up at peak time. Good but have experienced better in other Dkfitel hotels. Still I do not hesitate to recommend, and would go back if I have the chance. What stands out are all the details in decoration and furnishings- beautiful hotel"

"Everything was phenomenal from food to service to hospitality. They even held our luggages while we went on the cruise for 5 nights. Our flight arrived at 7 am and check in was not suppose to be until later afternoon. They offered keys at 10 am which was so nice with little exhausted kids "
