"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Unggul. As soon as we arrived, we felt right at home and our room was spacious, clean, and cold — a welcome paradise after our long boat ride. The villa felt private and was perfectly situated, just north of the strip of bars and restaurants. The beach was right across and there was plenty of space to lounge. "Stay was good. But hotel is still under setup. pool was not available though it was mentioned in the amenities. Many amenities are still being setup. reception did not meet 5 star hotel standards. Front desk staff just did not care about the guest who were arriving. We just had to care for ourselves. No special star hotel vibes. Breakdfast was good, here too they were not able to handle the year end crowd "
