The staff were friendly and helpful, and the private tours were great - especially the Mekong Delta day trip. Staying in a non-touristy area was an immersive cultural experience. A highlight was the nearby cinema, which was a fun experience with its 4DX theatre."

"My room was a 2room suite with sitting room , bedroom and two bathrooms. It was quiet and secure. Staff communicated well. Shuttle from airport was great. Rooftop pool with bar, restaurant, health club, steam room. View of airport from rooftop. Breakfast is included. Although it is close to airport there is little noise from plane take off and landings. Would definitely stay again. "

"You can’t beat the staff at this hotel, Rosie and Mymy at front desk are fantastic and will help you with anything and speak pretty good English which makes it easier for us.All the boys at front door are great with their big smiles. We booked with them to go to Halong Bay overnight, was great. Great spot in old quarter to go for walks, restaurants, sightseeing, catch on and hop off bus etc. I really enjoyed our stay in in family suite which is big, Brekky good, older style boutique hotel but...
