"Staff was great, our room was right in front of the pool and hot tub which was very clean. It felt safe and they had the doors locked late at night so no randoms can enter/ also had a security guard on premises. It’s decorated so nice for the holidays. Only upsetting thing was the AC wouldn’t go below 70 degrees and the room got warm at night. "

"I loved being able to swim in the pools or sit in the jacuzzi any time I pleased since they were available 24 hours. 21 or older was a welcome. I usually travel with my 6 year old but I had a conference to attend in Palm Springs so I came by myself. I felt safe and comfortable. Their spa and the technicians were wonderful.
