"Really great stay and decorated beautifully! I didn’t get to use the outdoor tub because the wind in Desert Hot Springs is pretty strong. But the indoor tub was wonderful. "
"Earnest was an awesome host and very friendly and inviting. We only stayed one night but felt super comfortable and felt at home. We would definitely stay here again if in the area "
"Staff was amazing Chef Van was so accommodating and his food creations were out of this world! We had the whole place to ourselves. Private, restful and we cannot wait to return "
"The place was excellent. Me and my wife had a great stay. The pool was wonderful the easy no contact check-in was easy they have a little kitchenettes in there so you can actually cook they provide all the utensils pots pans and the blanket smelled fresh. Just watched room was immaculate, so is the bathroom definitely someplace to go and as it’s adults only you don’t have to worry about any kids."
"This place was awesome!!! I booked two nights and ended up staying a week. Great staff, cute and eccentric nooks & crannies everywhere plus awesome mint lemonade. I’ll be back :)"

It's a very quiet oldschool little town, I personally liked it, not much traffic, easy to get around, beautiful views with mountains, and hiking trails were nearby!

A town in transition, great for the spring water. They are trying to gentrify it which will push people out. Lots of new development and plenty of weed shops.

Desert Hot Springs is a little out of the way, that is the only downside. There aren't any restaurants in the area, which I knew ahead of time from looking at the map, so I brought my food with me.

Semi unsafe with few looking vagabond patrons with dogs on grounds in and out of rooms as well as homeless out on streets and strolling around property!!

We noticed a lot of homeless around the block. There is a Grocery outlet almost in front of the hotel. We went for dinner at a Pizza Hut place, but was kind of depressing. Extremely busy avenue in front of the hotel.

It is a " dated" property but has mid- century charm. Owners are doing minor updates. This place is not " uppity" and I like that! So do alot of other spa goers. Place was sold out this weekend.

Being able to use the pools at any time is awesome. They are very relaxing and healing.
"Alex at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! We booked this trip very last min and we had booked the hotel based on the pool closing time but when we arrived there was a “new pool hours” notice. Alex saw that we were disappointed by the closing time and offered us a late checkout so we could enjoy the pool before our departure. He was so nice and accommodating that it made us start looking future dates to stay again. The room was very nice and we loved the pool area with the pool bar and food service. Riley our server at the pool was Awesome. We will definitely be back. "
"I really enjoyed the resort. Highly recommend. Family friendly and relaxing. The villas are beautiful. Very clean, lots of space for a family of 5. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pools were great. I do recommend to get to The Pools early if you want a good spot. the waterslide and lazy river seating goes fast due to limited seating. There is additional seating, but that is outside from the waterslides and lazy river. Overall 10 out of 10 experience, and I do highly recommend."
