"We absolutely loved it. We have stayed at a variety of all-inclusive resorts in Mexico at Cozumel and in the Cancun area, and this was by far out favorite. The staff was delightful, remembering us from our last stay a year ago and always taking special care to ensure our stay was wonderful. Shout out to Allen, who always went above and beyond for my family. The food is the best food we have had at any all-inclusive, and the Japanese and Mexican restaurants rival pretty much any restaurant we've been to. The place was plenty spacious, although we went in February so maybe that would be different during peak season. The ferry pier is a 20 minute walk away if you want to go visit the mainland at Playa del Carmen, and there is a supermarket about 5 minutes away to get any extra sunscreen or whatever you forgot for cheap."

"Felt completely safe here, the entire staff, even the gentleman mowing, were so nice and friendly. A lot of choices of where to eat, did not wait more than 30 minutes and never were turned down because they were closed. Only bad thing is there are not enough chairs during the day! Everyone is saving chairs and even though we paid to bring the privilege area, we never once sat there during the day. Beach bar service is not easy to find, or nonexistent when you are sitting so far away from the bars. The entertainment was hard to figure out what and where it was at. We missed the fire show entirely and we had asked 2 different workers what the entertainment was and they didn’t know. This is our 3rd trip to this resort, will be back.😎"
