"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff was so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely kind—it really made us feel at home. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. We especially loved where we stayed in Akumal; it was the perfect mix of comfort and charm. The buffet food was surprisingly good (we went back for seconds more than once!) and they always had fun activities planned every day, which kept things exciting and fresh. Mind you, we came during low season, so it wasn’t crowded at all, which was perfect for us. The only small downside (which is completely out of the resort’s control) was that we didn’t realize it was seaweed/algae season, so the beach wasn’t really accessible. But that’s just the weather and didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time. We would absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, fun, and memorable getaway."
