"This is a great hotel. Located on a street just east of the John Hancock Center, most of the hotel rooms have bedrooms, microwaves and refrigerators as well as couches. It is comfortable, close to soundproof and the restaurant downstairs has long hours and great food including gourmet coffee. A real winner in the heart of the magnificent mile. The only place that we stay while in Chicago."

"We had our truck broken into and a lot of homeless community around the hotel. Hotel needs an upgrade. We still love to stay here because it's a quiet hotel away from downtown."

"The property is large and beautifully landscaped inside and out. the rooms are pricey and so are the restaurants but there are good options within a mile of the resort. Unlike Disney World, I saw very few trash cans but no trash. Rooms with a balcony facing the garden conservatory are the best."
