When we arrived about 3:30 pm the line was really long to check in. I probably waited about 25 minutes in line. I have never before had to wait that long. We were tired from our travels and my husband is in a wheelchair. They need more staff at check in. That is just not acceptable. Other than that the stay has been fine. Clean and quiet.

We overall really enjoyed staying here. The hotel was clean, very convientely located to restaurants, the subway, and local shopping, and was in a very walkable area. The breakfast was great- the staff during breakfast worked super hard to make sure things were well stocked and were helpful if we needed anything. The cocktail hour was fun and the hotel was well maintained. We stored our bags after checkout until our flight and the bellhop was super helpful was well. Our only issue was with the check in staff. We waited several minutes to check in as the staff talked among themselves and then we had something delivered to our room and it sat on the counter for hours instead of being delivered to our room as we were promised. Overall- we would stay here again.

Excellent experience overall and I will definitely consider revisiting this place. Just a minor issue that the coffee machine in the room was not compatible (pod vs. ground coffee) and the staff was unable to assist.
