Vallet services was awful! Not enough staff to attend the amount of vehicles they receive. We would have to wait 15-20 mins for our car and then another 10 minutes to wait for the lanes to clear and exit.

The hotel had a great bar and excellent service from the staff and concierge. I didn’t like that there was no free wifi in rooms, the shampoo there small and poor quality, and food was expensive and moderate quality . Rooms were fantastic, excellent housekeeping, and close to attractions.

Overall the hotel was nice. However and unfortunately there were animal activist protestors just outside of the property for the entire Saturday afternoon chanting obscenities in regards to the hotel choosing to purchase ducks from farmers that are inhumanely forcing metal rods down these animals throats and forcing some sort of something into them that causes the animals liver to grow to a painful size resulting in agonizing discomfort for the duck. The hotel staff told me I could leave when I complained, did not offer me another room away from ear shot of this. I felt unsafe during this time and very set back with the lack of professionalism in handling the situation. Corporate has been notified. Perhaps them not using this farmer would make for a more pleasant and safe stay for the guests. “Hey Omni, what the F**£, it’s not right to force feed ducks” and the actual research I did will forever plague me. You can do better Omni.

I booked a reservation weeks in advance, the day of my arrival, I received a call stating that the hotel was overbooked and I had been moved to a different hotel several miles away. The reason I chose the Omni was its proximity to the convention center. My travel plans did not include renting a vehicle, so this made things very inconvenient. I still do not understand how a room I reserved well in advance could be given to someone else.
