I had a reservation and because I was 20 not 21 I could not check in. I had asked if I could get a refund and they said I had to call Expedia. When I called Expedia they told me to call the doubletree and they will refund me because it was already past the check in time. I called back I spoke with 3 different people and they just kept putting me on hold to finally tell me I would get a call back because it was under my dads name(Michael Esparza) which he never got a call back and no refund. Will never go back and if u can’t check in 21 or under please post it that way people know

Property had an event at the patio. We should be notified of outdoor events when booking. We go to relax and lounge by pool, we dont want to be around 80 people and loud music. Will not be returning. Property is looking old too, needs plenty of upgrades.
