"This hotel was wonderful. Very clean and modern hotel. The staff was super friendly and attentive to our needs. They make you feel welcome the moment you walk in they have a great attitude. The room itself is very spacious and nice. Everything is updated in the shower is amazing. This is one of the best hotels my wife and I have stayed at."

"I love staying here whenever we visit chicago. The location is perfect. Service is top-notch. I love that the staff is the same. I recognize the same bellmen/concierge and the same wait staff in Hoyt’s which tells me the hotel treats their people well. The Rooms are so comfortable. The beds and pillows make a comfortable sleep and the bathroom amenities are lovely. Thanks again Royal Sonesta! We will be back"
