"Loved how close it was to everything in downtown Chicago, and the Magnificent Mile. The only reasons for a 4 instead of 5 star, were petty minor - the pool was smaller than the pictures made it look (it's just a lap pool), and the "breakfast available" wasn't much to speak of. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the hotel was close to everything we were going to - when lots of restaurants, so we were able to just walk to most things. "I enjoyed my stay. The staff was so nice and helpful. I got sick my first night and had to go to the ED. The desk clerk, Edward, was so helpful and he even sent security up to my room to check on me while I waited for the paramedics. There’s a fantastic grocery store right next door, Whole Foods is across the street and there’s a Starbucks within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. "
