The facility was very nice—clean and well kept. The staff was super friendly and helpful and everyone made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms themselves were pretty basic, no frills, but seemed to have upgraded fixtures. Quite clean and comfortable. Just what we were looking for at a reasonable price.

We were supposed to get two free drinks upon check in. When I inquired, I was told it was two coffees. Coffee is already in the room so I don’t know why it was such a big deal to advertise two free drinks. I was thinking they might be margaritas or something since we were staying at Margaritaville. Coffee? I don’t even drink coffee and there was no substitute. On another note, the view from Our balcony was amazing.

Expedia booked two rooms for us here when our previous booking through Hyatt denied us and said they weee overbooked. It took way too long (4 hours) to figure out a solution but Margaritaville was very nice and helpful trying to make our horrible experience better.

We were on the 23 floor over the water but looking a the peir. Got free music from the balcony. It was peaceful and relaxing. Golden nugget was a few minute walk so could drink and walk back no worries. Plenty of parking area. Lost key bartender was awesome. Margaritaville bar food was amazing and service was great
