The pub was really busy when I arrived due to Christmas parties but they afforded the time to deal with me to make sure I was settled and showed me to the room - which was excellent. "This is such a treasure in central London! Just steps from Farringdon underground on the Elizabeth Line from Heathrow airport. Huge room with comfy bed; modern large bathroom with fluffy towels. Pub noise (not loud) stops promptly at 11pm. Host was friendly and helpful. Lots of old pubs and nice restaurants just minutes away."
