"We had an amazing stay here. The team were super friendly and the room was lovely. The location was perfect and central if you are looking to explore central London. There is a Gail’s bakery next door and we enjoyed breakfast there with the added bonus of 30% saving because we were staying at the hotel. The only tiny criticism was that the one mirror in the room isn’t near to a plug or light so not ideal for doing hair and make up but otherwise a wonderful stay and we would definitely book...

"Room service standard inconsistent - one good, one incomplete Size of bathroom challenging - very small. Could have put in extra roll of toilet paper all the time, relieve guest of feeling anxious when it is running low "

"Nice, quaint little place with plenty of restaurants close by. Just a block away from the British Museum. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The downside, of course, is the lack of a lift. Carrying bags up a narrow, winding staircase is a pain in the butt. "

Bathroom was really small less than 2 feet between shower and wall. With toilet stuck in that area. Provided water bottles and fountains to fill. Cookies every day. Tea and coffee in room "

"Really close to King’s Cross station and St. Pancreas International so super convenient to travel to and from. Room was really nice and booked two twin beds but got one twin bed and one double bed, happy for the upgrade!"
