"Very convenient for Central venues, theatre's etc. Friendly staff. Checking in and out was a little slow and our room didn't have tea-making facilities but they were provided on request. Bed was rather too hard for our tastes but he pillows were brilliant. Food was unexceptional. "

"Not much to say really. Just a one night stay, so not a lot to comment on. Efficient at check-in (plus welcome cookies). The room was spacious though perhaps lacking in furniture, the room itself very clean. One minor point, the in-house shower gel was empty (which we didn’t find out until one of us was in the shower!). Didn’t bother with the expensive hotel breakfast. "

"Had a really lovely stay, everyone was so friendly and welcoming, nothing was any bother. Breakfast choices were good. Location was great for access to Oxford Street and Soho areas. Would stay again."
