"Clean and modern hotel, staff were courteous. Very convenient location - close to Tube stations and bus routes, cafes and restaurants. I couldn't turn off the air conditioning at night in my room- the button seemed to be stuck, so it was a bit noisy and took me a while to fall asleep. I did appreciate being able to open the window in the room, though - nice change, as many hotels fix their windows shut. Breakfast was good. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay."

There was an issue with a car service, but the manager dealt with it and remedied the situation, which I was grateful for. The hotel staff were great and very helpful. I will definitely be back for my next visit!"
