"Lovely property just blocks from Paddington station. Staff were friendly & so helpful, accommodating my early arrival with a place to freshen up & rest a bit before my room was ready (and it was also ready early). I'm staying again later this month & look guard to it. "

"We visited for the second time to find our room to be more spacious than last time, with a comfortable bed and a nice clean space. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The reason we stay is the location, it is out of the way so a peaceful night sleep is guaranteed, but main tube stations are a 5-10 minute walk. Local cafes and restaurants are nice. Once again we didn't eat at the hotel due to the amount of local amenities and options. There are one or two small elements which are dated, such as the shower head which didn't move, but it didn't impact our stay."
