"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Seems dirty on the outside but the moment we walked in we were welcomed by friendly staff and a beautiful lobby. The two on site restaurants were super convenient for us as well as the airport shuttle. Definitely will stay again if I’m back in UK"

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. An excellent choice if you have an early morning flight due to its proximity to the terminal. The food menu in the bar is very limited, especially for a hotel this size. Overall though a nice hotel close to the airport. "
