"The rooms are a bit tired and tatty , found used tissue by bed and bin not quite emptied as well as old stains on carpet and wall. Also wish I knew our room was going to be basement with boarded up window However staff lovely, the hotel is a beautiful building , historic and interesting in a lovely area and decent price so probably would stay again but not in basement and would be good if the rooms could be given a bit of an uplift "

"I haven’t stayed at the Pelham for several years and the staff and service was fabulous. Anna at the front desk was so nice and helped. Thomas the concierge was amazing. He helped me with which tube to get on as well as walked with us to the train platform so we didn’t need to carry our luggage. He was an amazing asset to the hotel. We will be back!! "

"Incredible boutique hotel, unique character, just what was needed to stay in a non-chain hotel. Dramatic decor, lovely lounge, good bar staff. Hot tub included in the rooftop bar. Stayed for our engagement night, nothing too much trouble. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Owners are quite the characters too"

"Not sure it was worth the price. Nice place a little wear and tear starting to show… bathroom above us began leaking and at 1am we hand to change our Linnens on the bed as it was leaking all day so when we were ready for bed found it all wet… great location! Nice staff!"
