"Junior suite had lots of space but getting to the room was via a back lift, possibly the service lift so going past lots of ill fitting doors. Central heating was not working and it was 2C outside. Very cold room but it did have an electric heat exchanger which I turned to maximum. Slowly the room started to get warmer. Had it on virtually all the time except when sleeping. Top floor room so lost heat quickly. Comfortable bed but bathroom taps were a little spluttering. "

"Dont book here, the place is horrible, doesnt look anything like the pictures, you have to give a £250 deposit on top of paying. In a horrible part of london, no one in the businees speaks english proerly. Very difficult to deal with and only interested in your money. Disgusting mess of an apartment, no hand rails to use to walk up the stairs, big glass panals everywhere when walking in, bedrooms a mess, dirt everywhere. Dont anyone ever use thsi place."

"Phoned from train to find out about key pickup. Arranged 3pm outside Tescos at Victoria Dock where someone would meet us. We were there at 2.55pm. At 3.20 nobody had arrived. Phoned again contact.
