"Arrived early evening, friendly reception. First impression clouded by ongoing renovations so limited temporary restaurant facility in basement. Food good and service speedy. Very comfortable and quiet nights sleep. Buffet breakfast was fine hot selection could have been warmer but maybe due to temporary facility. Across thw road from Euston Station and 10 mins from St Pancras."

"This was a return visit. Check in was easy via attentive Reception staff. We found our way to our room which required physical key as well as the key card. The room was much larger than expected but very acceptable. The beds were very comfortable. The heating was eventually controlled. In all we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"The room and hotel were beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfast. It was easy to get where we needed from the hotel. My only concern was a little mold growing on the bathroom window"

"Very nice stay, with helpful front desk staff. Room was very comfortable and clean. My one issue would be that the lounge for Bonvoy members was not well maintained. My colleagues and I stayed a week and each time we went there would be yogurt but no bowls, wine but no glasses, a certain food gone but not replenished, etc. My colleagues have stayed here many times and say that this is always the case. Maybe a short staffing problem. However, everything else was great. "
