"We recently stayed here for two nights for my wife's birthday. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. You are greeted with a stunning reception area, which is tastefully decorated and oozes class. The reception staff were very welcoming and even provided us with a room upgrade for the special occasion. The room was lovely, very clean and with all the amenities you would expect - very good soundproofing (we never heard any other guests) and the blackout curtains were excellent. The control for the lights took a little getting used to but was quite intuitive once you got the hang of it. The only issue we had was with the shower head leaking, however we reported this to reception and it was fixed by the time we returned later that day! The hotel is in a perfect location - a two minute walk from the nearest tube station and only 8 minutes walk from Covent Garden! We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family."
