Although the room was tidy and comfortable, it could have done with a good spruce up and a detailed clean around the edges. Shower was great. On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. On arrival at that hotel, there was no record of our booking and was directed to a third hotel within the chain. We spent over an hour after a long journey trying to check in. "It’s a good hotel for the location . The staff at the lobby were very nice but , the staff who does the cleaning inside the room was not very good at all because they never change the linen on the beds for all the 7 days that we were there and we found our socks and napkins that we left under the conforter twice ( we did it on purpose to test the cleanliness ) and they were at the same place after they made the room 2 days in a row and it’s not a good point for the cleanliness of the bed and room . "
