"Check in was much quicker than the previous time I stayed and I was given an upgrade, which has never happen here before. However, when I checked out, and wanted to leave my bag, they now charge £10 per item to leave it. Bit much just to leave your bag for a few hours. Bad move St Giles! "

"The smell in the room was unbearable. I covered the sink, toilet and shower with towels but the smell was still coming through and kept me up through the night."

"Staff were excellent, check in very simple and room was ready half an hour early so we were able to drop off our bags and a quick freshen up before heading back out! Location is very handy, 8 mins walk from Euston. Bed super comfy and we were very pleased to find the Chromecast option for the TV later to enjoy after our many steps around the city. Would come again "
